आज़ादी का जश्न

बड़े दिनों से नेट की दुनिया से दूर और महरूम था ,कारण मुझे पता नहीं ,यह एक सच है कि दूरी बन जाती है |आज एक लम्बे अंतराल के बाद कुछ लम्बे समय से लिखकर सहेजे हुए था उसे आज आपके समक्ष रख रहा हूँ ,आपके उसी सानिध्य की आस है ,जो मुझे पहले आप सबों से मिलता रहा है |

इस बार आज़ादी का जश्न घर पर मनाने का मौक मिला इसे हर साल बडे ही जोश और जुनून के साथ मनाया जाता है और इस बार भी कुछ ऐसा ही हुआ। मेरे दलान (दरवाजे)से थोडी ही दूरी पर गांव के हाइ स्कूल में “आज क्या है १५ अगस्त ,घर –घर दीप जलायेंगे खुशियां खूब मनायेगें” की शोर ने बचपन के उन दिनों की यादों को ताजा कर दिया जब हम हाफ़ पेंट और उजली कमीज में एक आध जलेबी और बुन्दिया के लालच में जोर -जोर से नारे लगाते थे और कतार मे खडे होकर देश भक्ति में डूबकर बापू, आज़ाद और भगत सिंह की जय –जयकार किया करते थे ।

उस हाइ स्कूल की हेड मेरी चाची हैं,और उन्होने कहा घर मे बैठे हो तो आ जाना ,तुम आ जाओगे तो काम बढ़िया से हो जाएगा |मेरे चाचा जी का छोटा बेटा नमन जिसकी उमर बारह साल की है , ने बडे मेह्नत से अंग्रेजी में लिखे भाषण को रट्टा मार कर याद किया था और प्राइज जीतने के केमिकल लोचे की वजह से सुबह से ही फूल लाने और भारत के नक्शा बनाने में व्यस्त था।

बदलते वक्त ने सिर्फ़ परिवेश और माहौल को नहीं बद्ला है बल्कि सोच भी बदल दी है। आजादी के मनाये देहाती जश्न के बाद उसने मुझसे कहा भैया आप से कुछ पूछना है, मेरी हामी भरते ही उसने सवालों को लाद दिया, आप ये बताइये “अगर देश१९४७ में आज़ाद हुआ तो अखबार में आता है कि जम्मू कश्मीर में लोग आज़ादी की मांग कर रहे हैं ऐसा क्यों क्या वो भारत में नहीं है? उसकी उमर और गांव के परिवेश को देखकर मैं ने ये सपने में भी नहीं सोचा था कि उसके सवाल इतनी गम्भीरता समेटे होंगे ।ना जाने और भी कितने उसके इस सवाल पर मैं मौन और अवाक रह गया और बहुत देर तलक यही सोचता रहा कि इसे कैसे समझाऊं।

आप अखबार नहीं पढ़ते हैं क्या उसमें तो एक फोटो आया था (ठहाका लगाते हुए )जिसमें एक बच्चा जीप जला रहा था! उसके शब्द जैसे चासनी में लिपटे हों और मेरे लिये जलेबी और बुन्दिया दोनो हो ,लेकिन उसके सवाल में जो लौंगिया मिर्च की करवाह्ट थी वो किसी के कान को झनझना दे लेकिन तब जाकर मुझे लगा कि सही मायनों में इसे आजादी का सही मतलब पता है, मैं तो सिर्फ़ बुन्दिया खाने पहुंच जाता था ।आज वो बचपन फिर से याद आ गया जब हमें ये पता नहीं होता था।पहले मैं भी पुरस्कार के लालच में भाषण दिया करता था लेकिन उसके इस सवाल ने मुझसे बार –बार यही पूछा कि क्या सही मायने में देश आज़ाद है ।

आज वक्त के साथ सब कुछ बदल गया है,बचपन की सोच ,आज़ादी मनाने के तरीके,और खुद को आज़ाद कहने का तरीक भी अगर नहीं बद्ला है तो वो है देश की दिशा और दशा जहां आज भी नक्सल्वाद और आतंकवाद की समस्या से देश जूझ रहा है|

नमन के सवालों क जवाब मैं उस पूरे दिन तो नहीं खोज पाया लेकिन इस मन की आवाज ने उत्तर दे दी कि हम कब तक आज़ादी की खोखली रस्मों को निभाते रहेंगे जहां डर के साये में हम या तो जीने को मजबूर हैं या फिर इस देश का भाग बनकर घुन के साथ दीमक की तरह पिस रहे हैं।

शायद नमन के सवालों का सही उत्तर मैं जब अगली बार उसे दे पाऊं क्योंकि तब तक वो भी दसवीं मे चला जायेगा और मुझे भी सोचने का खूब समय मिल जायेगा इसी आस के साथ वापस दिल्ली आ गया जहां पत्रकारिता जगत मे दूरदर्शन पर दिखाये गये सभी खबरों में उस सच को छानने की कोशिश की जो नमन के उन चन्द सवालातों के उत्तर दे सके लेकिन बेहद दुख होता है कि आज तक मैं उनके जवाब नहीं खोज पाया हूं।

देश की सरकार की तरह मेरे पास भी काफ़ी वक्त हैं और इन सवालों का उत्तर ढूढने की कोशिश में कई बुद्धिजीवियों से भी मिला लेकिन उन सवालातों का कोई तो उत्तर होगा, कोई तो निदान होगा बस यही आस है कि अगली बार नमन को सही उत्तर दे पाऊं, तब तक कश्मीर की समस्या भी हल हो जायेगी और मेरी समझ भी देश की अर्थव्यवस्था की तरह विकसित, जैसे देश की अर्थव्यवस्था हो रही है।

EVEN SHOES ARE NOT SAFE ?

" ये जूता है जापानी ........ न मेरा जूता जापानी था न ही चीन का लेकिन इसकी अहमियत अभाव और कशमकश भरी जिन्दगी में शायद कुछ ज्यादे हो गयी थी |मंदिरों और मस्जिदों में जूतों की चोरी या सहसा उसका गायब हो जान एक आम बात है , लेकिन अगर आपका घर भी खुद को सहज ना पाए तो हो सकता है आपको ज्यादे तकलीफ होगी |जीवन के अध्यात्मिक दौर की समाप्ति मेरे लिए काफी दुखद साबित हो रही है, लम्बे समय के बाद कल फुर्सत मिली तो सोचा कमरे में लगे मकडी के जालों से निजात पा लूं , क्या पता था कि ये साफ़ सफाई भी इतना महंगा पडेगा |

दिल्ली की चिलचिलाती धुप में जब नंगे पाऊं घूमने की बारी आई तो सहसा गरीब की गरीबी और अपना बेचारापन याद आ गया | इसे मेरी लापरवाही कहें या मन मौजीपन लेकिन नोइडा के मामूरा गाव में देर रात सोने और सुबह देर से जागने के शायद सबसे महंगी कीमत मैं चुका रहा हूँ| छः महीने के अंतराल के बाद एक जूता खरीदने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त हुआ था वो भी कल रात चोरी हो गयी |उसे सुबह खूब कोसा , गाली भी दी, लेकिन गुस्सा शांत हुआ तो सोचा कि शायद उसे मुझसे ज्यादे जरूरत थी इसकी इसलिए तो चुरा लिया !उसने मुझसे दस रुपये मांग लिए होते , या खाना मांग लिया होता, उसे क्या पता कि उसकी आदत मुझे इतना दुख दे जायेगी |

पिछले बार जब घर से आ रहा था तो दादा (पिता जी )ने पैर में एक टूटा चप्पल देखकर कहा "दिल्ली में ऐसे ही रहते हो और पांच सौ रुपये खर्च से अलग देकर जूता खरीदने को कहा था |उन्हें क्या पता कि पत्रकारिता जीवन में जूते घिसने के वजाई पैरों को घिसना पडेगा | कुछ दिनों पहले "ताज होटल" में हिन्दुस्तान टाइम्स के एक आयोजन "आई लव देल्ही माई दिल्ली माई गेम्स " में जब शीला दीक्षित , सुरेश कल्मांदी , और विजेंदर कुमार से रू बरू होना था तो दरबान ने मजाकिए लहजे में कहा कि आप पत्रकार हो लगता नहीं है, उसके इस मजाक पर उस समय तो उसे देखा कर हस दिया क्योंकि वहां से खबर लाने थी और मेरे लिए खबर अहम् थी न कि मै ने क्या पहन रखा है और कहाँ जा रहा हूँ !



वाकई दिल्ली के उतने बड़े होटल के कर्मचारी भी टाई और सूत बूट में होते हैं |मै ने सोचा था कि इस जूते के घिसते -घिसते कहीं न कही तो बैठने की जगह तो मिल ही जायेगी लेकिन भाग्य को शायद कुछ और ही मंजूर था | पहली बार किसी आलेख को उसके अधूरेपन में छोड़ रहा हूँ , जिसके लिए क्षमा प्रार्थी हूँ|

Honour killing is no Honour

The word “ Honour killing” is witnessing day by day not only in the country capital but also has grappeled the lanes of the villages. It is candid that love marriages might have gone up in the metros in our country but the reality remains different in the villages in many other states like Haryana and Jharkhand . The murder of Nirupma pathak in the month of May this year and now the murder of Monica Kuldeep and Shobha in a same incident in the country capital has raised the voice to strengthen the law .

“It is not a civil society, it is a brainwashed society and this is an unsocial Behavior
such killings happen in order to save the Honour of the caste, community or family. Caste still remains one of the most important factors governing the lives of many people in some parts of India.

Honour killing, where men or women are killed by their kin or other members of their caste, is still very rampant in many parts of the country But the question is: why this heinous crime is committed?Why Honour is becoming the matter of pride for the people who in the name of Honour kill their loving ones .

India's social system is based on a caste hierarchy but over the years people living in the cities have come out of the rigid caste framework. There has been an increase in the number of inter-caste marriages between couples in the cities. This may be called an unsocial behavior, where the narrow thinking of the people claim the lives. It is a brainwashed society If people are civilized and well educated why they are doing this crime.

The huge number of honour killings that sometimes go unrecorded happen because of inter-caste marriages. They revolve around issues such as runaway marriages or relationships between people of different castes. In many cases the groom or the bride has been killed for marrying someone from a lower caste.

In fact the government helps those above the age of eighteen in such matters. But somehow the laws never seem to reach the villages, and they continue to function on their own belief system. The problem in the villages is the strong presence of a panchayat or informal court that consists of members of the same caste and decides all matters relating to their community.
This informal 'court' passes judgement on issues of marital discord and land disputes, water disputes and so on. Many times, villagers give more importance to judgements passed by this self-appointed court than the judgements passed by the local legalcourt, often referred to as 'legal panchayat'.

why a day ?

A country with the adequacy of rituals and traditions celebrate Father's day with full enthusiasm . This is candid that now every person in the busy and hectic life has even a single day just to celebrate this or to make father happy by saying “happy father's day” or by making a phone call.

"Love is a temporary madness. It erupts like an earthquake and then subsides. And when it subsides you have to make a decision” quoted- St. Augustine. The love of father and son is taking a turn in such a way that is isolating both the son and the Father .

Now the tradition has been changing , the dominance of English culture has changed the mind ,
attitude and the thinking of the new generation towards the sentiment, love and the dedication of a Father . Being a father is matter of pride but now a days the tradition of Second Inning house for a father is considered to be the right destination.

The celebration of the day means a day for Father . It should be the entire year to love a Father why a day .every thing is changing with the changing of time but this relation and the commemoration of a day may hurt Father who devotes the entire life to make someone Father

THE ROOT OF NAXALISM

Whether operation green hunt actually exits or the diplomacy of the government insists is a matter of controversy . The war in chhatisgarh , Dantewada, Lalgadh or in any part of the country is only providing the story that how the Maoists are thinking ,planning and implementing their ideology and the work. The cycle of violence has been building on and on in sustainable way to raise various problems against the government .

This may be called the 1970's Bollywood route of taking the law in one's hand as we find that Maoists are diverting themselves from the path of their own ideology and working .The death of a Kanu Sanayaal is a candid example of it. If the emphasis of this exploration is on the Naxalite phenomenon it is not because other modes and forms of agitation are less important but only because the method of struggle chosen by Naxalite has brought the problem to a head .

In the latest incident , the primary target was probably the group of special police officers who were travelling on the roof of the bus. The bus full of civilian passengers witnessed the death of many innocent lives also.


This may be said that the direct harassment of poor through usurping their lands and forest rights is raising the ' worst called internal problem of the country as Naxalism ' in the words of our prime minister .The foul mouthed government's development reveals an another story of co relation of the development and the Naxalism can be segmented as followings .

High rate of SC or ST population
Low literacy;
High infant mortality
Low urbanization;
High forest cover ;
High share of agricultural Labour
Low per capita food grain production
Low road network penetration
Low Financial inclusion ;
High share of rural households without assets .

This is a development cum governance deficit




These are some of the problems which can be counted on the fingers but the problems which are really worsening the situation in those Naxal affected areas even witness the death of many lives who are innocent and has nothing to do either with the government or their policy for the eradication of Naxal or Naxalism .


As for the Maoist , they need to realise that this is not a war they can win .The government must act in sophisticated way to tackle with such a problem which is worsening day by day .Moderate attacks can never be the solution of this permanent problem .

हिंदुत्व आतंकवाद का उद्भव

मैं हिन्दू हूँ , वो मुसलमान है! देश की जनता आज अपनी पहचान इस तरह बना रही है ,इस तरह नहीं कि "हिन्दू मुस्लिम, सिख, इसाई आपस में हम भाई - भाई" ये आज सिर्फ एक जुमला ही बन कर रह गया है आतंकवादी तो मुसलमान ही होते हैं , इस अवधारणा को हिन्दू और हिंदुत्वादिता ने एक नयी परिभाषा दी है ये अब ना नयी बात है और ना ही किसी से छिपी हुई शुरुआत सन २००२ में हुई जब कुछ हिंदुत्व समुदायों ने इस प्रक्रिया में शामिल करने की कोशिश की भोपाल के रेलवे स्टेशन पर पाया गया बिस्फोटक जो मुसलामानों के तबलीगी जमात को निशाना बानाने के उदेश्य से रखा गया था

आज से आठ सौ साल पहले ख्वाजा मोईनुद्दीन चिश्ती ने धर्म को परिभाषित करते हुए बताया था कि "जरूरत मंदों की मदद और नि:सहायों की सहायता ही सबसे बड़ा धर्म और सबसे बड़ी पूजा है लेकिन आज जिस धर्म और धार्मिकता की बात होती है वो सिर्फ महज एक ढोंग है जिस इंसान ने आजीवन एक मक्खी तक ना मारी हो धर्म के नाम पर कत्लेआम तक को तैयार रहता है इसे वो अपना स्वाबलंबन बताता है अगर एक मुसलमान बम से कुछ लोगों की जान ले तो वो आतंकवादी और एक हिन्दू बम बनाते हुए पकड़ा जाए या किसी समुदाय विशेष को मारने की कोशिश करे तो वो हिंदुत्व का रक्षक आखिर ये कौन से मापक यंत्र है जिसके जरिये एक ही काम को अलग - अलग नाम और उपाधियो से नवाजा जाता है

अक्टूबर २००७ का अजमेरशरीफ बम धमाका जिसे राजस्थान पुलिस लम्बे समय तक इस्लामी समुदाय का हाथ होना मान रही थी प्रकारांतर में राष्ट्रीय स्वयं सेवक संघ के सदस्य देवन्द्र गुप्ता और उनके दो सहयोगी विष्णु प्रसाद और चन्द्रशेखर पाटीदार की राजस्थान पुलिस के द्वारा की गयी गिरफ्तारी इस दावे को खोखले साबित करती है कि आतंक से मुसलमानों को सरोकार है , हिन्दुओं को नहीं बजरंग दल के नरेश कोंद्वर और हिमांशु पांसे की बम बनाने के दौरान हुयी मौत इस बात का सबूत हैं कि वो ना तो देशभक्ति का कोई काम कर रहे थे और ना ही देश की सभ्यता और संस्कृति में अलख जगाने का फिर उन्हें आतंकवादी कहने में हम परहेज क्यों बरतते हैं
इस देश में हक़ की लड़ाई को नक्सलवाद कहकर सरकार इसे देश की सबसे जटिल आंतरिक समस्या बताती है, देश के लिए हिंदुत्व आतंकवाद का सामने आना समस्या नहीं है , क्योंकि ये एक हिन्दू राष्ट्र है ?वो श्री राम सेने के कार्यकर्ताओं की पब में की गयी पिटाई वाली धमा चौकरी हो या बजरंग दल की गुंडा गर्दी ये असामाजिक तत्व नहीं माने जाते इस समाज में प्रतेक समुदाय को नापने का अलग नपना क्यों ?

२००८ का मालेगांव बम धमाका जिसमे कई हिंदुत्व के रक्षकों को पकड़ा गया क्या वे आतंकवाद को बढ़ावा देने का काम नहीं कर रहे थे आखिर इस धर्म की आग में आम लोगों को क्यों झुलसना पड़ता है एक हिन्दू लम्बी दाढी
वाले को देख कर क्यों भड़क जाता है या फिर उड़ीसा का कंधमाल जिला वैश्वीकरण के इस दौर में धर्म परिवर्तन के कारण हिंसा की आग के लपटों में क्यों शामिल होता है आप अगर ना हिन्दू हैं ना मुसलमान ना सिख हैं ना इसाई अगर आप किसी धर्म से सम्बन्ध नहीं रखते है या धर्म के बंधन से ऊपर उठकर जीवन जी रहे हैं तो मेरे इन सवालों का जवाब जरूर दें

सरकार का सरोकार

हमारा देश विकास के पथ पर अग्रसर है ,इस सच से हम आम जनता वाकिफ हैं कांग्रेस की सरकार आने वाले २२ मई को अपने द्वितीय सत्र के एक साल पूरे करने वाली है उपलब्धियों की लम्बी फेहरिश्त में "महिला बिल का पास होना ,शिक्षा सबों के लिए" जैसे कुछ और नाम भी हो सकते हैं लेकिन इस सरकार से भी चूक हुई जो महगाई का विकराल रूप लेकर सामने आया और आम लोगों की दाल रोटी तक लील गया लोग कहते हैं कि आलोचना खुद को प्रकाशित और प्रचारित करने का सबसे आसान तरीका है अगर हम भी इस सरकार की आलोचना करते है तो शायद इसे मजबूती दे रहे हैं और कुछ नहीं

देश का आर्थिक विकास दर ६.५ प्रतिशत को छू रहा है आर्थिक मंदी के दौरान भी सरकार ने इस देश को आर्थिक मंदी की मार से बचाए रखा इस सच से भी हम नहीं भाग सकते है लेकिन एक आम आदमी की वो पुरानी सोच कि उसके पास रोटी , कपड़ा और मकान हो आज भले ही रोटी, कपड़ा और मोबाइल बना दिया गया है लेकिन इस देश की आम जनता आज भी इन मूलभूत चीजों से खुद को कही न कहीं महरूम पा रही है

तेल की कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी , रोजमर्रा की चीजों का दाम तो जैसे आसमान छू रहा हैपिछले छः महीनो से मैं ने घर में दाल बनते नहीं देखा है किसानों को दी गयी सब्सीडी से शायद उत्पादकता को बढाने की बात इस सरकार के जेहन की एक अच्छी सोच कही जा सकती है वहीं दूसरी तरफ इन किसानो के उपजाए गए अनाज को नहीं खरीदा जाना उनके लिए परेशानी का सबब बनते जा रही है

देश खुद को आर्थिक दृष्टिकोण से मजबूत कर रहा है लेकिन इस मजबूती की नीव में गरीबी ,अशिक्षा , नक्सल और न जाने कितनी ऐसी ईंट रखी जा रही है जिस पर बना मकान बहुत स्थायी नहीं हो सकता है अगर देश की सरकार इन आंतरिक समस्यों से जूझने में सफल नहीं हो पा रही है तो विकास की परिभाषा और मानदंड क्या है ? एक आम आदमी की हैसियत से मैं आज तक देश में हो रहे विकास को नहीं समझ पाया हूँ

सड़क का बनाया जाना आम जनता की आँखों को एक ऐसा रास्ता दे रहा है जहाँ से सरकार के किये गए कामों का सही - सही मूल्यांकन किया जा सकता है नरेगा आज भी रोजगार की गारंटी कम मजदूरों के साथ ठगी ज्यादे दिखती है इंदिरा आवास योजना में आवास कम और ऑफिस के चकार ज्यादे काटने पड़ते हैं इस देश की बीस रपये से कम पर सरकार के खोखले वादे आम लोगों की आशाओं को भी खोखली कर रहीं है अगर इस सरकार की आलोचना की जाए तो इसे मजबूती मिल जायेगी , तो ऐसा कौन सा बाण तरकश से निकाला जाए जिसके जरिये इस सरकार की नाकामियों को सामने रखा जा सके

देश के विकास में कांग्रेस की यह सरकार पिछले 6 सालों से कार्यरत और प्रयासरत है लेकिन जिस देश की आम जनता दाने दाने को मोहताज हो वहाँ आर्थिक विकास और वैश्वीकरण के होड़ में शामिल होना ही अगर सरकार को बहुत बड़ी उपलब्धी लगती हो तो जायज है इस देश की आम जनता जो कभी अंग्रेजों और मुगलों का गुलाम हुआ करते थे आज इस प्रजातंत्र में भी सो काल्ड आज़ादी की गुलामी में अपना जीवन गुजर बसर कर रहे हैं

वैसे भी इस देश की जनता बहुत ही भोली है, शोषण और अत्याचार को अपना जन्मसिद्ध अधिकार मानती है जिसे आंख बंद कर देखने और सहने में असीम सुख की प्राप्ति होती है ऐसा लगता है मानो सबका जमीर सो गया है , सूरज के उगने के बाद सुबह तो रोज होती है लेकिन इस आम जनता की सुबह , शाम और रात का पता ही नहीं चलता है बस मैं तो उस सुबह का इंतजार कर रहा हूँ जब आम आदमी भूखा नहीं सोये , उसे काम मिले और दाल रोटी भी

PLAY FOR MONEY NOT FOR COUNTRY

No television set No radio even after that doing the job for barely 8 to 10 hours when a general human being goes to the house think to see the cricket carnival . The difficulty raises from here on .It was 11 at the night. Standing at a hair dresser shop I was thinking to see the last night match. Not knowing the future status of our team gazed for a few minutes on the television sets scoring Gauty and Raina thought that will rise next morning with good news proved wrong.

Criticism and the praise are the part of our lives as it also must be the part of the player's lives because they are also the general human beings. we may be the king in our own home but the bouncy wickets and the ultimate pace of the bowlers become the cause of worry for us .


Now our all the expectation gone in hell with the pathetic performance of the young brigade of Dhoni & co. late night party and fun with cheer leaders cost heavy price on Indian team . The nation of one crore people's team be at the last position only because they attend clubs and late night parties during the IPL. How much hungrier and younger team the captain wants is beyond the imagination of the general people as he announced.

We can say only one thing that this is the high time for Indian team to award with allegation and the lacking of potential not to prove as the most t 20 practising nation. There is a very famous saying that “Hope is the cause of sorrow ”we hope much more than the inner strength and the capability of the young lads who are being paid in a huge amount for playing for their respective frenchiesy .

Is death sentence only a sentence ?

The judicial system of India has proved that the justice has not delayed . The death sentence awarded to the lone captured terrorist is a sigh of relief for the people who became the victim of this attack but with this relieving moment the question rises that will he be really be given the punishment or will be the next one to wait to hang till the death .Now we can say that( kanun ke haath sahi me lambe ho chuke hai ).

The no। of list may increase but it is the duty of the govt. to give an assurance to the people of the country that the accused will not be made the key to do politics .Now this is worth watching that what will be now as the next step of the govt. to maintain and sustain the mutual relationship between both the countries .As a lay man we only aspect that the accused should be punished who may it be: Kasab , Afzal, Pandher or anyone .

The victory sign shown by public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam reveals that this is the victory of the common people । We imitate everything from the super power America , we are becoming the booming economy of the world but why our govt। fails in giving assurance that such incident will never happen instead stating that by the grace of almighty God in last few years nothing like this has happened in the country .this will be the victory of the common people that they will live freely without fear .

As the common people think “ this is not our victory to hang one terrorist to the death but the real victory lies in making the state free from all kind of fears either it is Naxalism, Terrorism or any ism which is harming the harmony and the cojugal hearth of the entire nation”.

EDUCATION FOR ALL

There is a very famous saying “slow and steady wins the race”. UPA -!! Is cruising on that way .The gnawing question is whether it will remain on paper or become a reality. Will right to education bring the revolution in the education system of our country? Free and compulsory education to all the children until they complete the age of 14 years .It is candid that the conscience of a six year old child can’t demand their rights. After getting independence we have spent 63 long years to reform and remodel the grim situation of the country.

We announce ourselves as one of the booming economy of the world so far only the economic development can’t bring out the people from poverty .The government will have to focus on one the reasons of exploitation that is lack of education. The poor child or their parents have no knowledge that one right has given to them.

In the development of humanity education plays an important role. This doesn’t only make good human beings but increases the productivity rate in the society. Surely this is a historical phenomenon in accordance with our constitution but the reality reveals another story. The new law has many critics. After thinking much one thing has come out to the mind that is “systemic reforms”. The state will have to play a major role to regulate RTE properly. Either it will be a great shame if the governments of this rising economy will fail to come up with what it takes to educate all children decently at the foundation level.

It wouldn’t be enough to approach free and compulsory education to all the children, especially for those who are left out for begging, or doing the work as child labour. This is one of the agonies which can be seen in every lane and corner of the country. There is an essential need for investment of huge resources and ground work. everyone has to see this not as a right but as a duty .Going by RTE norms at least a million teachers will need to be freshly recruited and trained .It is a grim in Hindi belt and the north east .

Whatever the govt. wants to do will have to do sudden and quickly. Wait for funds will raise the problems as MAAYAWATI has said “we have no money to regulate this rule. But we all have seen her money to wear garlands to show her political strength. Now this should be the ultimate goal for the govt. to provoke this right to all not only on the papers but also on the ground of education for all .

IPL SEASON -3 big name big fame and everything as a spectator wants to find out in and out the field . cheer leaders is going to keep u crazy in the field and the dan danaa dan four and sixes by batsman will really cherish the moment of your life which is hectic and busy . wanna a seat beside Shahrukh , Juhi, Shilpa or Nita lose your pocket and do the dinner and gossip . The dashing wordological commentary team of Harsha, siddhu Gaurav and koacher, will flourish your articulation in Indian accent but last twos have no cricketing sense but pleading the comments and making some wow moments . By seeing the bikni of cheerleaders you will really feel yourself somehow in the heaven .

Now you are developing the thinking that a bad guy is trying to sketch the bad impression of this glittering world of this India . No way........ sorry to hurt ur feelings. but the truth is beyond our imagination . woman reservation bill has passed in the Rajya sabha ,sonia is haapy it is candid .she is being praised and it is said that this would be remembered as the history of India . but the woman world of India is not going to change any how in any circumstances . who is taking care of that woman who is dying of hunger and malnutrition. "Everything is changing with the changing of the time" but the changing is not for those who are hungry and poor, who are in debt and in huts and living the life on less than 20 rupees a day's wage .They are not knowing the roundabout's of IPL or the policy of polishing the vote bank policy of our aam aadmi's government .these glittering things are of no means for them who slept hungry by feeding their child a piece of bread because of their poverty.

Was i sleeping or unconscious ? perhaps it was my dream of that English class in which my mentor always used to start teaching by writing a proverb for a day "All the glitters is not gold " sorry sir ......... these days "All the glitters is gold"

महिला आरक्षण ?

महिला आरक्षण विधेयक का पास होना न कोई प्रलय ला रहा है और ना ही इससे महिलाओं की स्थिति बहुत सुदृढ़ होती दिख रही है |लेकिन मीडिया और कुछ राजनीतिक पार्टियां इस पर ऐसा बवाल काट रही है मानो लोकतंत्र का काया पलट हो रहा हो|पूरा देश लोकतंत्र के नए रंग में होली के पर्व की विदाई के जश्न में डूबा दिख रहा है |इस विधेयक में महिलाओं के लिए सिर्फ संसद में आरक्षण की बात हो रही है |इस देश में कितनी ऐसी महिलाएं है जो इस विधेयक के पारित या लागू होने का फायदा उठा पाएंगी , ये सवाल अभी भविष्य के गर्भ में है। अनुमानों के आयने मे अगर झांकने की कोशिश की जाये तो बमुश्किलात एक या दो प्रतिशत ? ये महिला सशक्तिकरण के तरफ बढ़ाया गया एक कदम बतया जा रहा है लेकिन इससे शायद ही महिला सशक्त होती दिख रही है |

जिस देश में (महिलाओं )भ्रूण ह्त्या , दहेज़ उत्प्रीरण, प्रसव के दौरान हो रही मौत में बांग्लादेश से भी पीछे होना आज भी विद्यमान है | वहाँ संसद में महिलाओं कों सीटें आवंटित करवा देना अगर इस दिशा में एक नया कदम है तो इस सच्चाई को हर एक लोगों को मान लेना चाहिए |इस देश को पुरूष प्रधान समाज कहा जाता रहा है लेकिन " नारी यस्तु पूज्यन्ते रमन्ते तत्र देवता " का कांसेप्ट भी तो यहाँ के शास्त्रों में पढने को मिलता है | फिर इन्हें कब दबाया गया और कुचला गया ।महिला विधेयक का पारित होना राजनीति को एक नया अमली जामा पहनाना है और कुछ नही||

लोकतंत्र के इस मायवी खेल में कुछ इसे समझ पा रहे हैं तो कुछ लोहिया और जय प्रकाश के आदर्शों पर चलने वाले विरोधी पंक्ति में कतारबद्ध दिख रहे हैं, जिनके विरोध के स्वर प्रखर हैं | राजीव गांधी का सपना पूरा करना जहां एक तरफ सोनिया जी को खुशी की अनुभूति करा रहा है वहीं राहुल की चुपी से आम जनता के मन में सवाल खड़े कर रही है | संसद से सड़क तक कहीं खुशी तो कहीं गम की पहेलियों के बीच कई राजनीतिक चेहरे पर खुशी और गम को स्पष्ट देखा जा सकता है |राजनितिक रूप से ही नहीं अगर सही मायने में देश की महिलाओं को सशक्त किया जाए तो किसे आपत्ति होगी और क्यों |आखिर इस देश की आम जनता भी अब अपने साक्षर होने का सबूत लोकतंत्र के चुनावों में हो रहे फेरबदल से तो देती ही रहती है |

ऐसा लगता है मानो सशक्तिकरण शब्द को ये तथाकथित राजनीतिज्ञ सशक्त करने में जुट गए है | देश की राजधानी में जब एक महिला पत्रकार (सौम्या विश्नाथन )की ह्त्या होती है तो मुख्यमंत्री का बयान आता है कि देर रात महिलाओं के सड़क पर घूमने की आज़ादी नहीं है | उसी देश और देश की राजनीतिक पार्टियां राज्य सभा में इस बिल के पारित होने पर खुशियाँ मनाती है | ये है महिला सशक्तिकरण | हँसी आती है और दुःख भी होता है , खुद को निशब्द पाता हूँ ऐसी ओछी राजनीती को समझने औए उसे पचा पाने में | महिला आरक्षण विधेयक राजनीति की ओछी परिभाषा को मान्यता देता है | ये स्त्रियों को दिया जाने वाला आमंत्रण है कि आप भी इस तथाकथित पुरूष प्रधान समाज में आगे आयें और लोकतंत्र की काया पलट करने में अपनी भूमिका में सहजता महसूस करें |
